Rhinoplasty or a "nose job" is a surgical procedure that corrects and reconstructs the form, restores function, and aesthetically improves the nose -- where abnormalities may be caused by trauma, a congenital defect, or a failed previous surgery.

Arm lift is usually done on patients who have big, very, loose skin at the back of their upper arm. The looseness of the skin is usually visible after massive weight loss.
