Were you pleased with the treatment? Thank you for your for you hospitality. Mariana was an excellent personal assistant. From the time I arrive in Mexico I felt as if I was home. I had some challenges making my flight because of the bad winter weather in Ohio. I emailed Marianna, and also phoned her of my flight changes. She was very accommodating, and still was able to pick me on time. Once I arrived in country I immediately went to the office and meet with the doctor and staff. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. I have to mention my girl Robyn she was great. The nurses were very knowledgeable and patient. The doctor was the best of the best, very friendly, down to earth, and a true craftsman. I felt like the Perfection clinic was my family. I stayed at Nay Tanakuul Hotel. It is smaller newer hotel, but very peaceful if you just wish to have privacy and to be comfortable. I highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, and accommodating. The next day after my arrival I had my surgery. I had 4 liters of fat removed under general anesthesia through UAL liposuction. You can see and instant change in my body. The surgery went well, actually way better than I anticipated. I was quite surprised. The Ultrasound therapy is a must, the technician was wonderful. I rate Perfection Clinic A++ across the board, excellent in customer service & cleanliness. If I decided to have surgery again; I will make the trip to Perfection Clinic. I want to personally think Mariana for her service. She was very delightful, hard working, patient, and understanding. Would you recommend the clinic? 100% Breast augmentation

Were you pleased with the treatment? I am really pleased with my result. The price was the exact same as I was quoted. The doctor did amazing, my breast was really asymmetrical and he made it symmetrical. Everybody was so nice. Robyn was my coordinator, she's the best. I love the result so far and it only been 9 days since my surgery and my breast is already looking great. A big thank you to Alfonso Gonsalez and Robyn!

Were you pleased with the treatment? My experience at Perfection was amazing. My patient coordinator was fantastic. It was considerably less expensive then the procedure costs in Canada! The surgeon and the nursing staff ensured that I was well taken care of. I recommend anyone considering plastic surgery use Perfection Makeover!

10% Breast augmentation and lift

Were you pleased with the treatment? I was extremely unhappy from start to finish, they only did blood work on me although I was still charged for a heart exam as well as ultrasounds, the morning of my surgery the driver never showed up and I had to take a cab to the clinic. They then blamed this on my watch being wrong when in fact I checked my time at the hotel before and when I returned, the time on my watch was correct. I am extremely unhappy with the results of my surgery I had a breast lift and augment, although I have been to 8 consultations from surgeons in Calgary and knew what I wanted. I wanted to go from 38 c to a 38 DDD or E I wanted 650 cc silicone unders. They did 400 cc and claimed I would have a bad lift unless I listened to them. My bra size hasn't actually changed at all and I am 10 days post op. I am angry and upset I worked 3 jobs to afford this and took 10 years to make the decision to have this procedure done. I feel I was treated like my opinion and wants didn't matter. A nurse came to my hotel on the first day after surgery and then came 2 more times in the seven days there I was left to fend for myself. I had hoped for a great experience especially due to the things I have read in their reviews but instead I am broken hearted and disappointed not only in the terrible surgery results but the general care experience. I wanted to actually look like I had had breast implants and no one can tell, everything about them is wrong. I felt like a number. After calculating the cost of the procedure, flight food supplies and then how much it would cost if I stayed in my own country, It would have been cheaper if I had doe it here. Also there are some definite language barriers. I would expect that they would understand English when it's so important to relaying our expectations to them.

In response to your comments: I would like to let you know that the cost of the cardiovascular exam is not an added extra for patients but it is a cost that is absorbed by the clinic. Your package price is not reflected on these exams. I would also like to clear up the implants issue. I understand that you wanted to have a certain size of implant and you feel that your opinion was disregarded. Due to the fact that you had a Lift, the Dr. removed some tissue from your breasts. This means that if the Dr. put a larger implant the incision could have been at risk of opening up. The Dr. will never put you at risk and this is the reason why he had no choice but to place a smaller implant. I can only apologize about the transportation on the day of surgery, we have never had an issue like this before and will ensure in future that it does not reoccur. Also all of our coordinators here speak English, I am not sure who you are referring to with regards to the language barrier but we specifically hire people who can communicate efficiently with our patients. The nurses are scheduled to visit patients when they stay in a hotel recommended by Perfection and they will visit when you do not have appointments to see the Dr. You should have been advised of this before you arrived and I apologize is this was not clear to you. I do thank you for your comments as we are always looking for ways to improve our service. If you do have any questions or doubts please feel free to contact us.

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had breast reduction, tummy tuck, full body lipo and mini face lift, I am very pleased with my results, the amount they quoted me was the only amount I paid .I love this place and would return in a secound. Everyone was so nice. I want to thank marsella and James for there kindness and help they went way beyond there expectations. I want to thank Becca for always being there, robin for how sweet she was and brighten my day with her beautiful smile. I feel like a new person and can't wait to show the world. The after care home was nice, and I hate to see it go, marcella and james needs to run it. They are perfect. I cried when I left because it was like I was leaving family, if you need work done, go here cause there the best. Treatments Mini Facelift

Were you pleased with the treatment? I had a tummy tuck and liposuction in the abdomen and flans. I'm happy with my results altough I still have some immflamation. I didn't get to meet Dr. Gonzalez, my consultation was with him, but nobody gave me an explanation of why he wasn't the one performing the surgery, however the other two doctors were amazing, they are very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The patient coordinator was friendly, she was always available through phone or by email.However, I think it is important that patient coordinators are trained in basic stuff to help patients, I was told to get a vitamin K shot the night before the surgery, but she couldn't answered me why I needed it, nor the doctor talked to me about it, and even though I requested to talk to him, he didn't come to the phone. It was stressful, I didn't now if I had coagulations problems., and really not to do. I even though on canceling the surgery, feeling I was going to bleed to death because I didn't get the vitamin K. Overall, my experiencie was good, and If I need to get something else done, I would go back to Perfection.

Were you pleased with the treatment? Very please with my results. I have Tummy tuck with lipo suction to legs, back flanks. A MACS lift and upper and lower lids done. Had a incrediable price package put together. They worked with me to get every thing done I needed and stayed within my budget. I paid exactly the price I was quoted. they gave me a fantastic deal

Visit to Perfection

Were you pleased with the treatment? I would like to share with everyone my experience at Perfection Cancun. I am Canadian and I recently underwent abdominoplasty surgery at Perfection Laser Center in Cancun Mexico. I chose to go so far for treatment because of the cost and waiting periods in my area. Dealing with the staff at Perfection was so simple and reassuring. They take the time to explain everything to you and to answer all of your questions. My patient coordinator, Robyn was the sweetest thing. She never hesitated to answer my questions prior to arriving. She was there every step of the way while I was in Mexico too. I am diabetic, so there were extra concerns as far as the surgery went. Dr. Gonzalez was amazing as well. He was so concerned about my health and well being. He worked magic on my body. He repaired an abdominal tear while he was performing the abdominoplasty. My recovery has been wonderful and I can’t wait to see the final results in a few weeks from now. It is obviously a bit scary to plan something like this in a foreign country. But, the staff at Perfection did all that they could to assist and to make my experience a pleasant one. Were you pleased with the treatment? Dr.Gonzales is a very professional, talented, skilled surgeon who is also a perfectionist. I'm totally delighted with the mini facelift and eyelift that was so beautifully accomplished by him. I wanted to look refreshed for my 70 yrs and not look like a 30 yr. old and that is what he accomplished although my co-workers and friends tell me that I look 20 yrs. younger. He has also surrounded himself with a very competent staff of other doctors and nurses as well as Robyn on the spa side of the clinic. The front end staff do their work well and with warmth and kindness.. My only complaint is with the Patient Coordinator who was remiss in giving me all pre-op information before I left Canada, as well as showing up 15 minutes late at the airport leaving me to think that nobody would show up and making me extremely anxious. A bad start to the whole experience! There were other issues with the Coordinator but I consider most of them minor although had they been addressed my visit to Cancun would have been more successful. Would you recommend the clinic? I have 2 acquaintances who will be going for facelifts with Dr.Gonzales but ,if at all possible, they will probably be using the services of another 'Patient Coordinator'. They are looking into it. Would you return for further treatment? If I were to have more plastic surgery, I would definitely want Dr.Gonzales as my surgeon. He is excellent!

Were you pleased with the treatment? I am very pleased with the results of my treatment, Dr. Gonzalez was very professional and patient explaining everything about breast augmentation. Special thanks to Patricia who was an angel, looking after me and from the beginning made me feel she was there for me all the time. Would you recommend the clinic? Much cheaper than the US

Were you pleased with the treatment? I reside in the United States. I decided to research the possibility of having a rhinoplasty in Mexico. The cost of the procedure is much cheaper than the US. The end result has exceeded my expectations

Were you pleased with the treatment? I was very fortunate to find Clinic Perfection. After searching the internet and finding Dr. Gonzalez’s name on many search engines, I decided to call the clinic with immediate, cordial and English speaking response, I felt very comfortable in moving ahead with my plans for my breast reconstruction surgery. Many phone consultations later, I scheduled my surgery. The staff was so helpful with all my travel plans, even providing discounts with local resorts for my stay. After a long 12 hour day of flights… I was greeted by Marcos, our driver, with signs and a friendly translator to help with our luggage and get us to our hotel. I found the clinic to be very clean. They even allowed me to view the operating room. The next day, surgery was very smooth. Lots of care went towards my comfort and well being. The end result has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the new me!!! Would you recommend the clinic? Yes!
