I would like to share my experiences with the Radiotherapy Dept. at Sanatorium where I had my radiation treatments from Oct. 12-18, and on 5th & 6th for training on breathing, etc. The nurses/technicians in that department that assisted me were not just professional, but very patient, caring and concerning. They made me feel very comfortable and I completely trusted them. This includes during the 2 days of training and also everyone that works at registration. The first two sessions it took me a long time to adjust, but I was treated with the most caring and extreme patience. I couldn't ask for any better. It was an outstanding team.

An excellent doctor - Dr. Wong Kim Ping Rex -

I was supposed to have a lung biopsy procedure performed by Dr. Wong on June 21st - Although for some unexpected reason it couldn't be performed as scheduled, but I spent a day in the hospital and encountered Dr. Wong and had a very good experience with him that I should share with the public. Dr. Wong was very patient, caring and concerned. He carefully and patiently explained my issue in details to me to ensure my complete understanding. He had driven extra miles to assist me in every way possible. I can trust him completely. He's an outstanding and excellent doctor.

I must also mention that the nurses that I encountered on the 21st and 26th (Pet Scan) were all very helpful and friendly, an excellent-team.

Ps -I went back to the hospital on the 26th for a Pet scan.

Although the HKH&S did not respond to the 'whatclinic' enquiry i made, i subsequently attended their walk in clinic and had a very good experience including, initial consultation, immediate referral for an ultrasound scan, followed by additional consultations with 2 doctors and some medication. The whole experience was over in under 3 hours at a total cost of approximately USD 200 including everything mentioned above. I was very impressed despite some initial frustration that they did not contact me after my request on your website but if you live in HK, you would probably understand that is very much par for the course as a cultural idiosyncracity of the city. Or perhaps they are just not aware of your website service?
