I did Blepharoplasty with Dr Ibrahim Kamel. The skin under my eyelid was very weak and my face looks like I am very old. After the operation, I felt 15 years younger. The operation was perfect. I am very satisfied with it, the clinic is very clean the staff was very helpful. I felt with them as my family, very friendly and very kind. Dr. Ibrahim gave me full information before the operation and after. He cared about me till the end and I felt safe with him. In the first consultation, where he took his time, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns, his expertise and commitment shone through immediately. I had a gut feeling I wouldn't find another surgeon who would be better and make me feel as comfortable as he did. And I was correct. Dr Ashraf's exceptional surgical and stitching skills made my scars appear invisible after just 8 months. I was inquiring about lifting and fat transfer to which he gave me his honest opinion and recommended that I wait until after the procedure in order to see the final result, then we decide whether it's needed. He didn't want to add the extra scars on my breast unnecessarily. I'm grateful for his pragmatic approach and happy I listened to his advice. I now have a nice natural outcome with no visible scars. Really, he puts your health as his priority as much as the outcome. Special mention to Mrs. Ghada, the Clinic Operations Manager, she is absolutely superb. Extremely efficient and accurate with keeping appointments, always very friendly and accommodating, and nothing really seems too much trouble for her. As a German national, this was something exceptional to experience here. The whole team deserve utmost praise from how the clinic is run and kept clean to how nice they all treat their patients, incl. the very sweet English-speaking nurse and lovely German-speaking female Assistant Plastic Surgeon, I was always made feel like I was at home, not in a clinic. I'm actually sad that I am no longer a patient...but, who knows, in the future I may be in need of a procedure. I will be happy to get treated by them again any time.
