The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

He is more than a perfect doctor, yet he is a truly amazing leader in the aesthetic field! I wasn’t an easy patient at all. I went to more than 2 doctors even after my first consultation with him, I was always looking for the best here and there, reading articles, documented and trusted references. My breast wasn’t an easy case although I had sagging breast and apart sided breasts with no cleavage. Since I met him, I asked him that I want a teardrop shape as I see it is more natural than the round shape. He advised me with that won’t be good for my case as it would save the nipples much more. However, I insisted on my mind he didn’t refuse my wish but then I changed my mind due to the rotation of the anatomical shape. I met him 3 times before the surgery. He called me before the surgery to assure about me by one day of the surgery. He took the sizes of my breasts really perfectly until he made them symmetric in the final result. My right breast needed so much work on. After undergoing the surgery I surprised with an absolute teardrop shape although he used the round shape because the incision was placed under the arms which is one of the most difficult and complicated methods for the breast augmentation. No scars, no fake shape but supernatural and lovely as even more than I wished. If I would go back by the time, I would choose him to be my doctor million times. He deserves this because of his honesty, his great experience and creativity! Had my eyelids fixed with Dr Wilson and he did an amazing job. He did not remove the fats, but spread them to give me a natural younger look. I was scared of having a hollow appearance after the surgery, but the new technique he did got me a fabulous appearance. Very happy and strongly recommend him.
