Eyelid surgery: Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure which can be performed on either the upper or lower eyelids or both and is designed to remove excess skin folds and bulging fat bags. Blepharoplasty will improve the bags and wrinkles around the eyes but will not improve wrinkles of the cheeks, temples or forehead. It also does not correct problems caused by drooping eyebrows; there are other alternatives to address problems with brows.

Dr Murray was on call 24 hours post op should there be any concerns or problems at all, however I need not call at all as Dr Murray still checked on my well-being after hours....unheard of these days by any Doctor. For those whom are thinking about saving a couple of thousand dollars by having these procedures done overseas which I too also considered, I would strongly recommend against, as the extra few thousand dollars spent was well worth it.Vicki, Australia, 25 Nov 12

Review Had a liposuction surgery 2 days ago on my lower abdomen and love handles. Dr Blackstock is very professional and friendly and you can see he knows what he is talking about. The fact that they have a city location for the first consultation is very convenient for all those people who don't live out west! I found all the staff very friendly, helpful and patient, starting from Deborah at the reception to all the nurses on the day of surgery. They looked after me from the moment I walked in to the clinic to when I was discharged, they even organised my transport back to the city with the nicest driver. The day after surgery Dr Blackstock called me to make sure I was doing ok and I thought that was very nice. I also like that they keep their overheads lower compared to other clinics but the results are just as good! If I can say the only one thing I didn't like, I understand this is a business and their goal is to make money, but I did not feel comfortable when the doctor was telling me to consider breast implants as my next surgery when I was still half asleep right after the surgery. I said that I wasn't interested in breast implants and his answer was "you'll see". Joke or not, it made me feel a little under pressure!! Beside that, everything else was great and this clinic is highly recommended.Serena, Australia, 31 Aug 12
