2 years ago, I decided to have a hair transplant as a result of the loss and dilution of my hair. After long research I met Milano clinic and decided to have it transplanted here because Milano gave me the most confidence. From the moment I entered the hospital everyone took care of me very well and they always gave me confidence and hope there was a very nice environment. My expectations were met higher than I expected. The transplant took quite a long time and they took very good care of me in the process. I had my rhinoplasty at Askeroglu Health Group four months ago, their staff took care of every step of my journey to Istanbul. We first did an online consultation where they evaluated my photos and provided a detailed consultation. At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I've been having treatment for wrinkles at Joondalup clinic for nearly 3 years now, and have never had a bad experience and love the nurses who have looked after me. They have all been exceptionally kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have had.

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

The Coramed Clinic in Wrocław, Poland, is highly recommended. All the staff are professionals and empathetic. Before I decided to go ahead with my tummy tuck, my biggest worries were how could I justify my spending and satisfaction... I read through so many clinics on what clinic. After a series of reviews and phone calls to and from these clinics, I finally settled for Coramed Clinic in Poland. The clinic is nice, neat, very modern, and fair in price. All the beds are good and modern the staff are friendly though they do not speak the English language. They picked me up from the airport in a taxi, which was arranged by Nicolas, the patient's coordinator. The cab man was of great service, he kept in touch immediately after I landed at the airport. There is a hotel and a supermarket a few walks from the clinic which was of great help. After my surgery, again, a cab was also arranged to drop me off at the airport. All these were very helpful. Now, about my tummy tuck. I am 49 years old and had my tummy tuck in February 2024. I made enquiries about an arm lift and breast reduction, but I was told only one operation at a time and that I should get well first. The surgeon’s exact words were "Judy, anaesthesia is real and you’re not a child anymore, so you have to get well first before further enquiries can be answered" This implied to me that the clinic’s main priority is the patient’s health and not after money. However, I am writing this recommendation as there were no complications. However, I was naturally apprehensive not knowing what to expect after the surgery. But to my surprise, the staff put me at ease. They were all around me to give me the necessary support, which encouraged me to stand up from my bed and walk around the next night. It has only been about four weeks since my tummy tuck and my healing is ‘off the charts’! One week after my surgery, I was able to walk around. Although, my swellings were very noticeable all over my body but decreased as the days went by. I am taking pain pills as I was instructed. I am very diligent in following all of my instructions and am happy to see the scars and pains are healing faster than expected. I have already received many compliments from family and friends. The clinic is truly a good one, seamless and comfortable. I can not find the right words to adequately express the positive & dramatic change that the clinic has made in the quality of its service. I will be returning for a future arm lift and breast reduction. I must also comment on the compassion and professionalism of the staff in Coramed Clinic, especially Nicolas, the patient coordinator. She has been so supportive in arranging a taxi, booking my hotel, and making sure I was comfortable in Poland. She speaks English language and interprets most of the Polish language for me. Nicolas has been super in check-ups on me ever since till date. I deeply appreciate her care for me as she answered my questions and showed interest and concern for me as a patient to date. Also, the nurse who watched over me all through was very good, calm, and checked on me at the slightest cough. I have forgotten her name, though. And I must mention Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński for their professionalism. Dr. Andrey Kharkov, the surgeon who held my hand and told me well-done for your quick healing. This type of patient care and compassion can not be taught in medical school. It has been my experience that most doctors don’t seem to know how to smile. But he is different. 'I am certainly glad that my surgeon did not take that course in medical school'. Which means he has a passion for his profession. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant as a patient. Although I knew that the procedures that I had done were not new to them, I believe that every bit about the new me excited them. Thanks for your enthusiasm. I am happy to report that both surgeons’ next mission will be to help me with my arm lift. I just need the skill. I am happy to talk about my positive experience with anyone considering surgery in their clinic it was the right decision for me. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński are surgeons for anybody that I would ever consider in the future. I am so grateful to have found both doctors who are so expert in their profession.
