I had my mummy makeover done here, The top quality, amazing experience, and everything was organised smoothly. Staff was really fabulous. Dr Zeynap Yasavur HÜRKAL was my surgeon she. did wonderful job I can recommend her to everyone. On arrival I had the message from Berk who guided me all the way through the process and was absolutely outstanding and helpful.

I am amazed at the level of this hospital, everyone takes care of you and answers all your questions, I have never seen a hospital of this level. I'm 22 and I've never had surgery, I was very scared of everything to come, but everyone was predisposed. The doctor is amazing, I completely trusted him with my nose and he did a great job, it's nice that he cares about the patients, and how they feel. His assistants were also amazing and answered all my questions, congratulations and thanks.

I had my GASTRIC SLEEVE surgery. The staff helping me with questions, nutrition and recovery were amazing. I can’t say enough about them! Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Overall treatment experience was very good. The use of zoom calls cut down the need to visit the clinic. The post surgery appointments were very good. I would happily recommend the clinic.

Having contemplated surgery for a really long time due to having a medical condition called thrombocytopenia, I finally decided the time was right and had a consultation with Mr Awf Quaba. From initial email enquiry, to consultation and surgery, the entire process was absolutely faultless and I was made to feel extremely reassured throughout the entire process. Due to my thrombocytopenia the procedure was far more complex than a standard mastopexy procedure as I required a platelet transfusion before and after surgery along with an overnight stay in hospital, a number of consultants and nurses were involved in this process and I honestly can’t thank them all enough. My safety and care was absolutely paramount and I felt this from everyone who was involved in my care. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone involved enough. I would highly recommend Mr Awf Quaba to anyone considering cosmetic surgery

I had a mini facelift and fat transference with Mr Matias. I advise anyone to go to Mr Matias, he is 1st Class and his secretary Sandra, is extremely helpful and friendly. He is 5-star excellent. I made the right decision to go to Mr Matias for my procedure.

Travelling overseas for surgery is nerve wracking. After being put off by poor communication and a 'cookie cutter' approach at some Thai clinics I was impressed with the professional response from the IM Gender Clinic, including a video consult with the surgeon who actually did the proceedure, the talented Dr Labanca who answered all my fears and questions. The clinic experience itself was very good. The staff is all caring, reassuring and competent. The stay for vaginoplasty is a full week under the care of the wonderful nurses, ensuring I was able to walk and care for myself before leaving - important when one is alone and away from home. The recommended accommodation is a short stroll away, and perfect for further recovery and post surgical surgeon visits.10 weeks on the aftercare continues by videolink. I am happy with my results, healing is mainly complete, and I am getting on with life again. Highly recommended.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!
