I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.

I have seen both Sarah and Philip at different times, they have been extremely kind and understanding around my anxiousness. My initial appointment was for a check-up due to jaw pain. Philip was able to give great advice on how to treat this and manage it going forward. On my visit with Sarah, I had a hygiene appointment. I was nervous at the appointment due to my history of allergies but Sarah was extremely knowledgeable which made me feel so much more comfortable. I chose the clinic because I had been previously and knew that I would have a good experience there, all staff are friendly and welcoming. The initial appointment cost was around £40 but I have since joined the practice on a full care plan.

Smile Spa always provides a reassuring and professional service that it would be hard to better. The staff are welcoming, interested and caring and keen to ensure that not only do clients understand their dental health and treatment but that they feel comfortable with what is happening. Going there always feels like stepping into a place where people are genuinely concerned about you and want the best outcomes for you.
