I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I came to Clinic Prime Istanbul to start my smile makeover journey, I had researched a few places, and I really liked the feedback about this clinic. I was brought straight to the clinic from the airport and met Ali, very friendly and helpful. The clinic is very modern and spotless, I had 6 implants fitted that evening. Dr. Sabit said there might be some pain from the injections, but I felt no pain whatsoever. The procedure was very gentle and quick. I’ll be back in 3 months to finish my smile makeover. I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

I opted to go with Sam patient services for my dental work & I was not disappointed. My work consisted of 16 implants & 28 crowns. I have not stopped smiling, my new teeth are amazing. Looking for Dental work in Bodrum I found Dr Kubra!!! She is an outstanding dentist extremely caring and very professional at her job. I had full set of dental implants, 2 bridges and 1 root canal at very good price, I cannot believe what she has done with my teeth my smile all and just my whole life. The work carried was totally painless I couldn’t believe it. All the girls were great, and also Sarah who is English and translates very well with Dr Kubra. After much research online, and speaking with collegues and specialists, I recently visited Turkey for surgical treatment at the ASV Medical in Antalya. I received periodontal treatment and bone graft surgery under the excellent supervision of head dentist Dr. Binnur. They fully understood my surgical requirements and positively encouraged any questions I had so they could be sure of my specific needs. From meeting me at the airport to helping arrange my hotel and all transfers to their clinic, the service they provide was outstanding and I would be hard pushed to find such personal care and attention here in the U.K. Being able to stay in the beautiful and charming Kaleici Old town, was the ideal convalescence during my stay. I look forward to returning in a few months to see how my healing has faired and preperations for the next stage of my dental work.

The treatment was amazing they did an excellent job with my teeth I was very happy with the result. The staff was so kind and helpful and even though I don't speak Turkish they spoke in English and there were no communication problems. Honestly, such an amazing experience I would highly recommend

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

The primary reason for choosing this clinic was the use of contemporary instruments. However, when I went there, I saw how skilful their team was, and I was pleased with the decision I made. Thank you, Cosmedica, for making me love my teeth.
