Were you pleased with the treatment?
I was very pleased with the treatment. I went for a check up as I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. I was very afraid that I would be told that I needed various treatments that I did not actually need so I would have to pay out money. However, I should not have worried. This was not the case at all. I was told my mouth was very healthy and all I needed was a cleaning and scaling. This, along with the check-up was very reasonably priced.
Would you recommend the clinic?
The staff were all very friendly and I felt at ease. Yes, I would recommend this clinic and have already done so to a family member.
Would you return for further treatment?
Yes. I have booked an appointment for a check up for next year.

Filling
Were you pleased with the treatment?
I visited the clinic 2 weeks ago. The clinic was messy with pamphlets all over the place and cables hanging under the TV. Reception was friendly. I received a call earlier asking me to come in 30 minutes earlier as the dentist had to go somewhere. I still ended up waiting an hour before being seen by the dentist. The clinic seemed dated. The chair looked like something from the 50's and the compressor wasn't working. The injection was good as I did not feel anything. It was a basic filling in one of my molars. The dentist showed me the hole on a TV screen with a camera. He suggested that in the future I might need a crown on one of my other molars. Towards the end the dentist seemed rushed when it came down to filing back the filling to be more comfortable. The bill came to €97 and I did not get any discount for waiting one hour for the dentist. When I visited the dentist I had a hole and no pain. Regrettably 2 weeks later I still have pain and I am taking pain pills.

Were you pleased with the treatment?
Went for a consultation on braces, even though the consultation was free the dentist went out of his way to explain things and give me a great treatment about my teeth in general. Also saw the hygienist and she was great too,teeth look great and gave me lots of advice! highly recommend this clinic.

Were you pleased with the treatment?
Went very well. Turned out I didn't need the treatment I thought I did. Dr. O'Droma was very honest and efficient. He also did not charge me for a small procedure I had done as he was delayed in seeing me.

Were you pleased with the treatment?
I had a consultation for the possibility of getting braces. I had been advised by another dentist that the Inman aligner would be suitable in my case but Liam did not recommend these and explained to me why they were not suitable for me. He went through other options which may suit me better and explained each method to me. He was very helpful and now I just need to decide which method to go with!!

I visited the hygienist who was extremely nice and friendly. She knew I was nervous and talked me through everything. She also gave me very good helpful advice which I haven't received from previous hygienists. The price was very reasonable.

My daughter (18) has been attended Dr Liam O'Droma now since Nov 2010. She had her braces put on end Dec and already her teeth are straight... I attend the clinic with her approx. every mth for her checkup or additional treatment ... a few times we were delayed, purely due to other patients treatment taking longer than planned. I pay for her treatment in installments, so each time I attend. The staff are very, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Liam is professional, respectful, honest and open ... it is easy to get a diagnosis from him.

No nonsense hardworking professionals
Were you pleased with the treatment?
I was very happy with my visit with Liam O' Dromo. I wanted to find out about Veneer and was very happy with the information I received. While I'm still making up my mind on this he suggested having a scaling with the hygienist. I then went for a bleaching kit. He and his excellent nurse took plenty of time to explain any problems or any issues I might have. These people are no nonsense hardworking professionals who have given me something to smile about.

The check up was very short
Were you pleased with the treatment?
The check up was very short, less than ten minutes with very little prodding and examination. In effect the examination seemed solely to be a visual one. I asked why there was no prodding like other dentists and wad advised it wasn't necessary cos he was wearing glasses that magnified 2.5 times.
The exam lasted less than ten minutes but the hard sell for the cleaning lasted 15 minutes. It was obvious that he wasn't pleased when I enquired about the additional cost and when I declined the service.

You don’t seem to get it. The only reason you got ‘the hard sell‘ about proper oral hygiene and the need to maintain it is my conscience duty bound me to point out to you what none of your previous dentists had not. If I were concerned about hard selling you something for as you seem to be implying something for financial gain I certainly wouldn't have gone to the trouble of making you aware of the unhealthy state of your mouth shown you some measures on how to improve your situation and not as I did charge you for doing all that. Such helpful and free advice is usually accepted with gratefulness by the normal patients I encounter. Before I leave this matter for good I will tell you one more thing I ad nauseum advise my patients that if they choose never to a dentist again so be it but to make sure they visit a Hygienist at least on an annual basis to make sure that their periodontal health is sound. Does that sound like the profit making advice of ‘carpet bagging‘ dentist?

I'm more than satisfy, though I'm not yet done with the treatment because root canal requires several visits.
