Dental implants replace lost or missing teeth .They are in effect artificial tooth roots to which a new tooth is attached. After a thorough cleaning and oral examination , we realise take home trays in which a whiting gel is placed in a clear tray that comfortably fits over your teeth .The gel enters enamel and dentin to lighten discolorations . The structure is not changed , only the color is made lighter .On the first visit , impressions of your teeth are taken .In most of the cases the dental office may be able to have your trays ready on the same day .Once at home , you put the whitening gel in the trays 45mn a day during 3 weeks .
