Dr Ari Mihailidis is a graduate of RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.
After completing his ICSSD postgraduate diploma in Sports Science he has completed postgraduate courses in sports and rehabilitation. He is an advanced certified practitioner in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) having trained under A/Prof Pavel Kolar, P.T., Ph.D., Director of rehabilitation of Motol Hospital, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic.
Dr Mihailidis has previously held a university lecture position and developed the course outline in Rehabilitation and Exercise Therapy at RMIT University. His experience with elite athletes includes Victorian State Volleyball Championships, Epic Beach Volleyball Good Friday Classic, International Criterium Race and was selected to work at the Sydney World Masters Games. His special interest is rehabilitation of the spine and he also treats shoulder and arm and hip and leg conditions. His patients have sought his unique approach for breaks and fractured bones, following operations, scar tissue treatment, chronic conditions, cerebral palsy and stroke. He sees a wide population from babies, athletes and the elderly and he aims to get people back on track as quickly as possible by teaching them how to manage their condition using the latest in chiropractic and rehabilitation techniques.
