We offer experienced Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Therapy treatment and management with our team of registered professionals. Whether your goal is relief from acute symptoms or long term improvement for your musculoskeletal health – we are here to help!

Greenwich Chiropractic is a family centred clinic with chiropractor Dr Chris Julian and the highly skilled team providing experienced, safe and effective care.

Chris set up the practice in 2013 and the clinic has quickly grown, continuing to integrate into the Greenwich community, regularly providing services to local sports events, community groups and workplace health initiatives within local businesses.

Located within the beautiful and historic Greenwich Town Centre, our clinic enjoys views of the majestic Cutty Sark from our treatment rooms on one side, and a hint of the delicious street foods of Greenwich Market on the other. The clinic is a great place for both practitioners to enjoy working from and a welcoming setting for patients to visit for treatment.

Biography:

Chris was born and raised in Sydney and via his sporting and outdoor lifestyle he took an early interest in becoming a health professional. He completed his training at Macquarie University, Australia in 2003 and then worked in Queenstown, New Zealand - the adventure capital of the world! As a Chiropractor, Chris has been lucky enough to work internationally as Medical Officer and Chiropractor for the New Zealand Men’s Ice Hockey team, the Ice Blacks as well as being involved with other international teams and athletes. His research in the field has been published in peer reviewed journals.

Although sport has always been his passion, Chris has also gained considerable experience in a corporate setting and ergonomics during his time working in Canary Wharf both in private practice and providing in house services to Citi Group Bupa Health Centre. His well rounded experience puts him in a good position to help people from all walks of life from age 1 to 100 reach their full health potential by providing the highest quality, evidence based care

Biography:

Charles graduated from the University of Surrey with a Masters in Chiropractic and has been in practice for ten years. During that time he has gained a great deal of experience treating spinal and peripheral joint conditions. He has also treated people with rarer conditions.

Charles has done post graduate training in the advanced techniques Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) and Activator Technique, which provide a gentler approach for treating musculoskeletal imbalances and can be used to ‘fine tune’ the body and keep the nervous system healthy.

Charles is interested in health in general and, being a keen cook, particularly likes to eat a healthy, balanced diet. He also likes to see a chiropractor regularly to get his own back treated. He is interested in current affairs & photography and likes to golf and ski.

Biography:

Carly graduated with Masters from the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, and after living and practising on the South Coast has relocated to London with her husband.

She loves being able to help people of all ages achieve their goals to become free from pain, more mobile, healthier or stronger. She works with each patient to create a tailored treatment plan which includes hands on treatment, stretches, exercises as well as lifestyle advice and tools to help manage symptoms, feel better and get them back to doing things that they want to do.

In sports Carly holds a position with Hampshire County Rugby and local running clubs and has great experience with a wide range of sports injuries.

Carly also has an interest in pre and post natal care for ladies as well as treating babies and children.

In her spare time Carly loves to swim, watch rugby, bake and spend time with her husband

David is a lecturer in sports massage, sports and exercise sciences, and personal training.

Since completing his degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences in 2001 at London South Bank University David moved on to specialise in sports massage. With his experience he applies a variety of relaxation techniques and self-help strategies for use in and outside the clinic/sporting environment to further progress and assist his clients toward their desired goals.

Using his unique approach to massage David treats a wide spectrum of clients ranging from fellow therapists to recreational and elite athletes as well as office workers. This helps enhance their physical and mental well-being and in turn their sport and exercise performance, everyday enjoyment and functionality.

Tania, originally from Italy, is a deep tissue massage therapist, also specialising in pregnancy massage.

Tania has qualifications in both Deep Tissue Massage Therapy as well as Aromatherapy and is a registered member of CThA and CNHC.

Tania is passionate about the way the human body works, biomechanics, alternative remedies and essential oils. She is fascinated by the relationship between the body and the mind and the power that touch has in recovery and healing.

A hands-on health care career was Lauren’s clear calling from the age of 16. When playing football and hockey at national level, she encountered many physiotherapists and sports physicians during the management of her fair share of injuries! It was then she found her passion and decided she would study in a similar field. This study has lead to a career spanning over a decade, in which time she has worked with London Wasps Rugby and elite athletes including professional footballers, cricket teams, triathletes, F1 drivers and Olympic lifters from all over the world as well as being privileged enough to work with men and women of the royal family in Dubai.

Her areas of expertise include sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, myofascial release, injury rehabilitation and postural assessment. She has experience working with patients who have acute or chronic pain, integrating and sustaining a healthy and functional lifestyle. She has a particular interest in treatment and prevention of sports injuries where she is vastly experienced as well as pre and post natal care
