Biography:
Trained at Queen Elizabeth's Hospital in Birmingham, Jenny qualified in 1970. Moving to London, she began working in the Royal Free Hospital, which ensured ongoing experience in all fields of Physiotherapy. Later specialisation in orthopaedics and rheumatology led into paediatrics. For two years Jenny worked in special schools, completing the Bobath course in child cerebral palsy and adult hemiplegia. Jenny started her own practice in 1982 and became more involved with sports injuries, covering athletics meetings at Copthall for Shaftesbury Harriers, and, over the last ten years, organising first aid and physiotherapy for Saracens Minis and Junior Sections. Jenny has a basic qualification in acupuncture and has close contacts with local GPs and consultants.
