Chiropractic and Osteopathy treatments may include a combination of manual therapy techniques such as manipulation, trigger point therapy, dry needling (western style acupuncture) and rehabilitation and are tailored to each patient and their specific problem.

Following your initial one hour consultation, we will provide a full explanation of your problem, the what and the why to explain your injury and the treatment required to help you make a full recovery. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes and tailored to understanding how you are progressing and providing the best treatments.

I have been a chiropractor in the UK for twenty years, professionally registered with the General Chiropractic Council, number 01966 and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2002 following a full-time four-year honours degree in chiropractic and gained a 1st class honours degree in Chiropractic. I also hold a degree in Applied Biological Sciences, specialising in human physiology and an ITEC Diploma in Sports Massage.
