I cant recommend Premier Chiropractor's enough. The practice itself is immaculate, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service itself is top class and the difference to my overall physically health and wellbeing is fantastic. My posture, balance, comfort and sleeping have all improved. I am 44 years old and am able to train harder and better that I have in years. Quality for money and I have recommended Stuart to friends and family. 5 Stars.

Premier Chiropractic has made my work life and personal life much better. The ability to move much more freely has been very beneficial to me. I receive weekly spine adjustments.The staff are friendly and the location is good. I would highly recommend this sort of treatment to anyone suffering with back or spinal problems.

I am pleased with the way my treatment is going at the moment. When I first went into see Doctor Kelly, I was worried I thought something really bad was wrong, but Doctor Kelly put me at ease and we went through different options. I would recommend him to anybody who feels they need to speak to someone about any pain they may have. The price is quite reasonable and the staff are very nice and polite.

Dr. Kelly does fantastic work. Prices are reasonable and fair. Location is great, with plenty of nearby parking. I started off with lower back problems that actually gave me so much pain, I had troubles getting up from a lying position when it was at it's worst. After Dr. Kelly diagnosed the problem, he started a course of chiropractic manipulation to alleviate the tension in my back. Treatments were absolutely painless and quick. Even after the first session I noticed a big difference, but after the course of treatment finished, I was discharged and have had no lower back problems since. I highly recommend Premier Chiropractic Dundalk.

I had huge stress and tension related problems the whole length of my back. After attending Premier Chiropractic in Swords for ten weeks I felt like a new person. Like I was walking on air. I continued treatment for a year. Stewart made my appointments farther and farther apart so that my back didn't rely on the treatment, but on it's own ability to support itself. He also gave me exercises to strengthen my back and compliment my treatment. I followed this treatment on with Pilates which Stewart highly recommended and then moved on to Traditional Shaolin Tai Chi.

I would highly recommend this clinic as if it weren't for it, I would be in agony with my back. I even had my treatment through my two pregnancies, which helped a lot with delivery and recovery. The staff are fantastic and make me feel so welcome each time I visit.

Premier Chiropractic Dundalk is the best Chiropractic clinic I have ever experienced and Dr. Stuart Kelly is honestly the best Chiropractor in Ireland. His skills of preparing the patient for what is involved in the treatment his treatment facility, staffing, personal approach, and most of all his medical experience and skill. I actually can say I wouldn't be able to be as healthy and fit as I am today if it wasn't for Premier Chiropractic Dundalk. back, neck and tinnitus

Treatment is always excellent and I always feel much better when I leave. I get great relief if my back/neck is giving me bother and also it is a great help with my tinnitus. Staff are so nice, its like a home from home. I would definitely recommend this practice.

PRAGNATCY

I am pregnant in week 38 now and I can only recommend Stuart Kelly! I had so much back pain and my baby was breached. Stuart was able to help me with my back problem after 2 sessions and he was able to do the Webster technique on me so the baby turned. I can only highly recommend!

After years suffering with neck pain, this treatment has changed my life. I was unable to sleep and it affected every aspect of my life. I was nervous about going to a Chiropractor initially, but I was put at ease straight away. I have recommended the clinic to many friends. I now go for regular check-ups and so do my 2 children.
