Chiropodist Consultation

I've been a regular patient attending every 1-2 months. Very pleased with all aspects of the service. The staff are friendly and chiropractors are excellent. I used to get lots of headaches in the back of my head / top of my neck. I would often take painkillers every other day or at least 3 times a week. Since I've had chiropractic adjustments by Kate, I hardly ever get headaches! - I don't even carry tablets around in my handbag any more. I also was adjusted during my pregnancy, and secretly think it was one of the keys to a pain and complication free labour. Thanks to all the team at Vitality. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic

5 50 Spinal Manipulation • Paid: €600

Went for treatment when I was six months pregnant and had chronic lower back pain and severe pelvis discomfort. Kate was fantastic and I felt great after the first few sessions! A year later and I'm still recommending Vitality to everyone I know!

Kate graduated with an honors degree in 2004 from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. She regularly attends seminars around Europe to keep up to date with the latest techniques, research and development within the chiropractic profession. With a life long passion for health and helping others Kate was introduced to chiropractic after suffering from various chronic ailments. Following an injury he sustained in a sporting accident back in 1997, James found himself being passed from specialist to specialist, each one unable to help him out. Frustrated and increasingly disillusioned, James was recommended to a local chiropractor, and through this experienced great results and was able to start on his road to recovery. Inspired by the successful course of care he had received, James entered Chiropractic College and five years later in 2004 graduated from the prestigious Welsh Institute of Chiropractic In 2004 James moved to Newcastle for 9 years, before moving over to Ireland with his wife Kate in 2011 where together they founded Vitality Chiropractic.
