Excellent treatment from start to finish! At the consultation, we amended my treatment to make it more suitable to myself. A complete explanation of why this would provide more positive results and so I choose to have Smart Lens replacements. Over the next two days I had my surgeries, one eye on each day. No pain at all during the procedure and only minor discomfort afterwards. I was provided with plenty of medication to ease any pain, aid healing and antibiotics as well, all with instructions for use. My coordinator throughout was Batuhan, who answered any queries promptly, whatever time of day - I honestly don’t know when he sleeps! Professional, friendly and amazingly helpful in every contact. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

Such a professional and upscale place. Dr. Emra is awesome and he does his job exactly how he is supposed to. I have lived in the USA for many years and I can not see service and quality in my life like this place. The front desk lady (Miss Busrah) does an amazing job, she remembers everything about patience (even after a week's visitation ) such as my name, and my procedure even though the Turkish coffee I drank before. I had a mommy makeover (breast implants with lift, tummy tuck, 360 lipo) and a rhinoplasty at the same time with Dr. Bali. I'm about 3 months post-op and have been really happy with my experience and results so far. He's an excellent doctor, who is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and made me feel calm throughout the whole surgical process. Waiting time was quick and efficient.
