What made this experience great was, in the first place, the professionalism, care and kindness of all the staff of Vanity. Thanks to them, but most of all, Dr Cagatay, who far exceeded my expectations, I was able to make my dream come true and finally have the nose that I always wanted. Everyone was always available and ready to provide any necessary clarification and to reassure me when I was needed. Their attention to patient care is one of the peculiarities that made them special. I've felt pampered for all the time being. Their concern during the pre-and post-operative period confirmed to me that I couldn't have chosen a better clinic. I had a breast enlargement back in 2002 (surname was Newton). I still have the same implants to this day. I had no problems with surgery and the aftercare was 10/10. I’m looking around come back to you to change the implants and also a tummy tuck as I’ve lost over 9 stone and have lots of skin and also hope to get some fat out into my bottom as that’s gone.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Görkem Atsal on January 17, 2024. I have nothing but positive experiences and results. I love my new nose. The team is attentive and quick with their answers. The coordinator Hudi helped me all through the process. I travelled by myself, but I didn't feel alone because the team was there whenever I needed them. I have just completed treatment for smart lens replacement with Catch Life. The service I have received has been second to none starting before I even left home and continuing throughout my stay here in Antalya. The team at Catch Life have been on hand to answer any questions and was with me in person for every stage of my treatment. Every little detail was explained to me thoroughly and so at no stage was I confused as to what was happening. The hotel and clinic were immaculate and the Doctor I saw was just superb. On examination, I was told I had little cataracts and stigmatism in my right eye and my left eye needed some work on the cornea. To my amazement, all this treatment was completed without extra charge before the fitting of the lens. In total, I believe the process per eye was completed in under twenty minutes with zero pain. Less than a day after my surgery I was able to read even the smallest print on my eye drop medication without glasses. I still find myself reaching for my reading glasses out of habit and the feeling of knowing I will never need them again is incredible. I cannot praise the team at Catch Life enough. They arranged all my medication and all transportation went so smoothly. They even offered advice on where to try traditional Turkish food and after yesterday’s treatment, they offered to take me to Kaleici, the old city instead of back to my hotel. I would strongly recommend anyone considering treatment in Turkey to use their service. You will not be disappointed.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I was also impressed with the clinic's technology and equipment, it was clear that they were up-to-date and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this urgent care clinic and the doctor I saw to anyone in need of quick and competent medical attention. They exceeded my expectations and made my visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I would definitely return to this clinic if I have a similar situation in the future. I reached out to Ulas Bali after I read his paper on surgery especially micro surgery procedures. I reached out for a breast augmentation after consulting and reviewing more than 64 surgeons worldwide. My expectations were to be as natural as possible so I’ve done my mathematical calculations and I have selected a particular brand and model. Dr Ulas Bali is one of the surgeons with a brilliant understanding of patients requirements and doesn’t have to try hard or say twice. Results were naturally good and recovery was on track as expected. I went through a third party but I wish reached out directly and would have gotten better support through aftercare. The surgeon is inclusive and well-mannered, we still stay in touch after 6 months.
