Having completed my course in HND Sports Science this has given me a great base in Exercise and Health, Outdoor Activities, Anatomy and Physiology, Research and Information Systems in Sport, Exercise Physiology, Natural Environment, Coaching and Instruction, Human Nutrition, Sports Injuries and Training and Monitoring in Sport. Combined with my HND Sports Science I have also completed my level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, which is a great compliment to the HND. My interests in coaching sports are longstanding and are shown through activities with my family. I have always had an interest in sports,whether it is watching my partner, my children or participating myself. I have always thought that it is very important to be healthy, active and fit.
