Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

Great clinic, and very professional. The doctor can speak in English and give you great feedback on what you need. I went there for my mom's dark spot. They won't try to sell you expensive stuff, just what you need.

Dr Colin and his staff are really friendly and helpful. No hard selling and very honest with the pricing. Although waiting time could really be improved.

Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. Proderm took care of my minor skin issues quickly and professionally. They were able to do the job while assuring me that there was no obvious skin cancer. I had 8 skin tags near my eyes removed, a mole on my nose and two large beign moles removed from my back and upper thigh. The laser treatment was a little painful but the results are excellent.

Very professional and good service. Lovely surroundings. I had micro-needling and the price included add-on treatments and cosmetics and a free red light facial a few days afterwards. So good value

This is a very hands on responsive clinic which operates with all the relevant info & support one needs. It is a busy, fast paced & efficient clinic & one needs to retain all the facts which are presented to the client. Suzie is incredibly professional & keeps up with one’s treatment. She suggested the medical Obagi treatment & I can see it was a very pertinent choice for me. She’s pretty impressive!

I chose this clinic because of its really fast, patient, professional response and I am quite impressed with their perfect pre-sale and after-sale services. Jane, the translator applied a reimbursement for my transportation fee and offered me free accommodation of one-night stay that makes me want medical tourism at once. The whole course was a nice and comfortable experience. I felt respected and treated nicely. My hair grows up pretty well now. It's just worth every penny!
