I contacted Rachel at Tinkerbell Clinic, Enville after I had a tear trough procedure done everywhere and went wrong. I looked freaky, and couldn't look in the mirror. I was gutted, I didn't want to go out in public, never mind go to work or socialise. Rachel was the practitioner who saw me. From the get-go, she was honest with me and didn't give me false expectations. That was in 2022. It's been a long emotional journey, I am not still 100% and realistically I guess I never will be, but Rachel has brought me a long way. Thankfully it's not all about the money with Rachel, she's stuck by me and Been honest & professional. Most of all, She did something to help when like some, she could have done nothing, like a few clinics I contacted let me down gently and said they couldn't help because it was too complicated. I have started to get my confidence slowly back. A genuine heartfelt Thank you, Rachel, for taking a gamble, not giving up on me and putting up with all my moans, tears & tantrums. You stand out from the rest.

After a consultation meeting with Lisa when she provided her expert advice, I began my ‘Gold Plan’ of anti-ageing appointments with Carrie. Starting with three hydra-facials, my skin is now plump and glowing. Never having had regular facials, I am now hooked. Carrie is a fabulous aesthetician, explaining each of the elements throughout the treatment, and I feel absolutely fabulous afterwards. All the staff are professional and Erin and Ann are always very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend the Reflect Skin and Body Clinic (you won’t be disappointed)!
