My journey began in 2001 when my all-consuming passion for fitness and my background in nursing steered me into a career which found me shaping the lives and bodies of countless individuals. With my much-loved and well-established fitness business going from strength to strength, now is the perfect time to combine my medical expertise, beauty, nutrition and fitness into a brand new concept – The Green Room.

From January 2013 I will also be working as a trainer in Harley Street, training other Drs and Nurses in Botox, Dermal fillers and Chemical Skin Peel training.

My practice has now expanded to include many new treatments including bespoke facials, beautiful eyelash extensions, shellac/rockstar nails, swedish massage, manicures and pedicures, and eyelash and eyebrow tinting as well as retaining my core business of sugaring.I believe that it is important to avoid using unneccesary chemicals on our bodies to keep ourselves looking good and feeling great. Consequently, I am commited to offering my clients organic and paraben-free products with my treatments wherever possible.
