The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

Highly recommend this clinic for anyone that wants a top professional result. Dr Aguilar is a true artist and perfectionist. I had a PDO thread lift and am thrilled with the results...no bruising no pain. Dr Aguilar is a lovely kind lady and makes you feel relaxed and is very confident and very experienced in her work.

I have been visiting here ever since it opened and was just Kelly. It’s been so wonderful to see the clinic grow in size and staff! I started off with having cavitation and fat freeze and I’ve moved onto facials and nails and recently I’ve had a tattoo removed that I have been contemplating having removed for years! The process was explained to me fully and in depth with aftercare advice. I expected to experience some pain as it hurts to have a tattoo so surely it would it hurt to have it removed! I went to this clinic for fillers. Very happy with the results. I thought they gave me a decent price, too. I had some concerns because a previous clinic gave me a droopy eyelid, but the doctor explained why this happened and also told me what he’d do to prevent a repeat of it. I felt reassured. When I arrived at the appointment, the clinic was closed. However, the doctor did call to let me know he’d be late. If I’m perfectly honest, the clinic looked a bit dodgy from the outside. If I hadn’t read the reviews, I would probably have turned back. I’d seen some very positive feedback online and was impressed with the information provided at the consultation. I have no regrets. Will definitely be going back again.
