The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome. Accepted a cancellation appointment the day after I applied to see someone. Dr Susana Morris was easy to talk to and she understood that I had been 'fobbed off' by so many NHS doctors disinterested in what they deemed to be purely cosmetic treatment. She removed surgically one keratosis from my shoulder and used liquid nitrogen to freeze a multitude of others from my torso. She will check the results in 8 weeks' time.

I had a small mole removed from my forehead by shave excision. My experience was brilliant from start to finish. The service I received was exceptional and there is almost no mark at all where the mole was. I’m a very happy customer.

This clinic had the friendliest staff out of all the places I tried. I had my otoplasty procedure done here. I’m not quite finished yet; there are still some stitches that need to be removed. It could take another week or three. I’m not entirely satisfied with the outcome right now, but I’ll discuss this with the doctor at the next appointment. I’d been waiting a long time to get this work done and it’s a relief that it’s finally over. I had to wear a bandage so I don’t know how long the swelling took to subside. Before I left the hospital, they gave me some painkillers. I’m not sure if there’s a scar because the work was done behind my ears. We’ll evaluate this at the follow-up. Every clinic charged about the same. Downtime was about a week.
