A friend of mine got Profilho done by her eyelash extension technician, and her face was black and blue with bruises for a week afterwards. So I was very wary of the treatment – but it turned out I didn’t need to be. I had two sessions of Profhilo and neither left so much as a red mark, let alone a bruise. What I’ve learned is that it all comes down to the skill of the person administering the injections; it takes a really specialist technique to prevent bruising, and the staff at Dr Rakus’ clinic are serious experts. I am thrilled with the results.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. I'm so pleased I discovered Laser Life clinic. I had a stubborn spot for ages and was becoming very self-conscious about it. I had tried every spot remedy under the sun to no avail. I made an appointment and was seen by the lovely friendly Lizzie who put me totally at ease. I had an infected cyst which was needle aspirated (didnt hurt a bit) and then treated with a Fractional laser. Even that didnt hurt as much as I thought. The whole process was quick and simple. There was no hard sell or add ons, the price I was quoted was what I paid. I have a follow-up appointment to check my progress. I would highly recommend it.

I have been going to Dr Ban for several years now. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and considerate and such a lovely lady indeed! She is most accommodating and flexible with appointments and follow ups which is great and always a really pleasant experience and one I look forward to!
