Review I am a terrified patient and the consultation was fantastic. There was lots of listening to my worries and I felt more comfortable than I ever dreamt I could be but then I was suggested a treatment and given a document to sign which was terrifying (not the best approach for an already terrified patient on their first visit) and the document asked me to sign against statements which were not true so I could not sign it. I was devastated afterwards as I really thought I'd found the clinic to combat my fears and one that really listened and cared, however it appears that despite all of the listening, not much was actually heard.Paul, London, 21 Aug 12
