Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. Their staff is so friendly from the minute you call them to book an appointment to them performing the procedure. They update you with every step of the process so that you are aware of what they are doing to your face.
