As Medical Director ,Dr Lisa is responsible for, and dedicated to, patient safety, ensuring treatment for each client is appropriate and carried out in the safest and most effective manner. She thoroughly researches all procedures before introducing them into the practice and is responsible for the clinical development of the company, ensuring Persona is at the forefront of the aesthetic medical industry. Although all clinical staff at Persona have many years of experience when they join us, Dr Lisa personally trains them in the Persona way to ensure the high standards she expects are maintained throughout the company.

Throughout her career Dr Lisa has performed thousands of aesthetic proceedures from basic to advanced levels. These include Botox, Dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, Sclerotherapy, Thermolysis, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Skin Tightening, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Injection Lipolysis, Strawberry Laser, mesotherapy, laser lipolysis & fractional laser therpay. Her main areas of interest however are in advanced procedures, where she uses her technical skills and understanding of the ageing process to restore youth to the ageing face.

Dr Lisa also teaches and trains other medical professionals in aesthetic medicine and is often invited to speak about and demonstrate treatments at industry conferences. She is also on the medical boards for some of the aesthetic industries top manufactuers and regularly asked for her expertise in the research and development of new and current products. Through her dedication and hard work ,Dr Lisa has gained an excellent reputation within her field and the much valued respect of her peers.

Dr Lisa is affiliated to medical organisations such as the General Medical Council (GMC), British Association of Cosmetic Doctors(BACD) , British Medical Association (BMA), British Association of Sclerotherapists & British Laser Association.

After qualifying as a medical doctor from the university of Lublin, Poland in 2003, Dr Beata embarked on a GP training rotation. This involved specialist work in Intensive Care, A&E, Cardiology, Neurology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Psyciatry, Endocrinology & Dermatology. In 2005 she moved to the UK gaining her British citizenship and registration with the UK General Medical Council. It was at this time that Dr Beatas interest in anti ageing and Dermatology lead her to enter the field of Medical Aesthetics. She rapidly undertook training in Cosmetic Medicine, consentrating on this as her full time profession. Within a few months she had progressed from a basic to advanced levels in many proceedures. Her professionalism, skills, passionate interest and understanding of the skin and ageing process has awarded her great respect amongst her peers and within the aesthetic industry. She has held positions at some of the UKs leading aesthetic practices.

Dr Beata joined Persona Cosmetic Medicine in 2008 as the second doctor in our team of experts. She wanted to advance her career with a forward thinking company and has proved to be a great asset. As well as an expert Aesthetic Consultant, she assists Dr Lisa in clinical research and development ensuring the treatments offered at Persona are backed up by excellent safety and efficacy profiles. Dr Beata is a perfectionist in her work making her extremely popular amongst our clients. She attends numerous conferences, workshops and training sessions both nationally and internationally developing her skills in all the latest advanced cosmetic non surgical procedures. She aims to provide the highest level of expertise in restoring, enhancing and maintaining a beautiful natural look using the latest technologies in skin rejuvenation and her personal touch.

Her areas of expertise however are in advanced aesthetics and Laser therapies where her indepth knowledge of the skin and ageing factors enables her to attain outstanding results.

Dr Beata is a member of General Medical Counci (GMC)l and The British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD).

Lucy became a fully registered Nurse in 1997and spent the first few years of her career in hospital medicine specialising in general nursing, intensive care and accident & emergency. In 2002 she entered the exiciting world of aesthetic medicine which soon became her full time career. Having a natural affinity for this speciality, she quickly mastered all the necessary skills and knowledge to become an advanced aesthetic practitioner. Her rapidly gathering, strong reputation lead her to being headhunted by some of the UKS high profile aesthetic companies, Transform & Harley Medical Groups, where she rapidly worked her way into clinical managment positions.

Lucy joined Persona Cosmetic Medicine in 2007 with a wealth of knowledge and experience behind her. Her excellent bed side manner and professional attitude has lead her to become extremely popular with many of our clients. As an Aesthetic Consultant, her prime responsibility is to ensure Persona clients recieve the best quality advice and deliverence from the moment they are in her care. She is a regular face at many industry conferences and training seminars, ensuring her skills and knowledge are at the forefront of this rapidly evolving industry. Lucy has also undertaken the Independent Nurse Prescribing Course and is now an independent nurse prescriber. In addition she is a certified trainer & teacher, passing on her skills and knowledge to other medical professionals wanting to enter the aesthetic industry.

However her areas of expertise lie in the art of Botox and Dermal Fillers where she uses her superb technical abilities and anatomical understanding to prevent & correct the ageing process. Lucy is a registered member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

Monika became a fully registered nurse in 1996 gaining her degree in Applied Medical Sciences at the University of Sydney, Australia. Before moving to the UK in 2003 she specialised in Respiratory Medicine and Sleep Disorders. It was during this time that she decided to enter the world of Medical Aesthetics and developed Aesthetica-Logica-Skills, a teaching and training company specialising in the maintenance and further development of clinical aesthetics.This concept conceived and implemented training on key skills to a cross section of medical professionals, from beginner to advanced levels. Her vast experience in Medical Aesthetics lead her to be snapped up by a leading aestheic company on her arrival in the UK. Here she furthered her knowledge, skills and training while continuing to teach UK Doctors, Dentists & Nurses and the art of Aesthetics.

Monika joined Persona Cosmetic Medicine as an Aesthetic Consultant in 2008 having come highly recommended. Since then she has proved herself to be a valuable asset to the company and passed on many of her skills to our other practitioners. She is responsible for ensuring each and every client that sees her receives the highest standard of care from the advice she gives through to the deliverance of any treatment.
