I was very nervous about having fillers and wrinkle treatment but she explained things very clearly and I felt no pressure whatsoever to do any of it. But by the end of our consultation, Karen had totally put me at ease after explaining the process and answering all of my questions. I then felt in a position to make an informed choice and went ahead with the treatments at the next session.

To say I’m pleased with the results is an understatement- they are fantastic and I am beyond delighted.
