My office is situated upstairs but you’ll often see me wandering about and as I am also a qualified Dental Nurse I do often work in the treatment rooms when other Nurses take their holidays. When I’m not here I am also an internal verifier for the NVQ in Oral Health Care at a local college

Chris qualified in 2002 at the Manchester University Dental Hospital, then gained further qualifications in Oral Surgery, Sedation, and Implant Surgery, and now actually teaches those subjects to MSc and undergraduate students at the University. As well as offering the ultimate in routine dental care with the rest of the Cahill team, Chris has a special interest in oral surgery and implants and offers sedation for all aspects of dentistry.

Chris is an active supporter of Bridge2Aid. This is a dental charity that helps provide equipment, training and dental staff to developing countries. Chris has spent some time working as a dentist in Tanzania and is running the London Marathon next April to raise funds to help the charity.

Dr Stephen Dodd

Dr Stephen Dodd graduated from the University of Manchester and since then has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in order to provide the highest quality general and cosmetic dentistry.

In 2009 he embarked on a three-year long masters degree in Restorative Cosmetic Dentistry and the same year successfully completed examinations set by the Royal College Of Surgeons and was awarded with the prestigious Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties.

Dr Dodd being a full member of the British Academy Of Cosmetic Dentistry has a passion for minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and can offer many options to achieve a natural looking healthy smile.

Dr Dodd has a particular interest in short term orthodontics, and is a certified practitioner of ‘Invisalign’ invisible braces, ‘Six Month smiles’ and the ‘Inman Aligner.’ To complement Dr Dodd’s cosmetic dentistry, he also performs wrinkle relaxing injections and dermal fillers.

Following dental hypnosis training at the University Of Salford, Dr Dodd has acted as a referral base to be able to treat anxious and nervous patients under hypnosis. Dr Dodd has featured in local newspapers and had done radio interviews on dental hypnosis, as well as writing an article for the national dental magazine -Preventitive Dentistry.

Hello, I’m Toni and im the Clinical Manager here at the Cahill Dental Care Centre. I have worked here since 2001. I qualified as a dental nurse in 2004, since then i have taken post graduate courses in Radiography and Oral Health Education, which enable me to take x-rays and give more specific advice for your oral health needs. I work between Dr Cahill and Dr Dodd and make sure everything runs smoothly day to day in all the treatment rooms. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our pride and joy – Cassie (our doggy). I also enjoy socialising with my friends and family.
