100% Final result was AMAZING

Were you pleased with the treatment? Never before have I actually looked forward to going to the dentist!!! Before going to Partick dental practice I was very nervous about visiting the dentist, Due to a lot of problems with several practices I have visited in the past but from my first appointment with my dentist Hari and his lovely dental nurse I felt at ease and completely looked after. My tooth were in a pretty bad state due to a previous dental practice but was not made to feel embarrassed or ashamed at all. The final result was AMAZING leaving me feeling so confident I couldn't stop smiling. When making appointments I found I only had to wait a few days and that the receptionists ( who were lovely ) tried to accommodate me as best they could. Overall I would highly recommend Partick dental practice 10/10 x

18% All in all, quite unhappy

Were you pleased with the treatment? No..After explaining that I was nervous due to a dental injury some yrs ago, the dentist seemed very unsympathetic. I have severe nerve pain in one side of my face, this was also ignored. I missed an appointment by 15 minutes, I have now lost £30 deposit and was told I need to pay another £30 just to make an appointment. I am in the middle of treatment. I have been left with a tooth missing as, I cannot afford to pay. All in all, quite unhappy! Would you recommend the clinic? No,Very pricey, Looked down upon by the dentist. Would you return for further treatment? No.

40% I would try another dentist

Were you pleased with the treatment? Best thing was getting my gums frozen before any jags and this made it totally painless. The female Irish dentist commented my lower tooth at the back of my mouth, which is heavilly filled, was "leaking" and she would take an x-ray to see exactly what was going on with it. She then did all of my other teeth over 2 visits, then directed me to the hygenist for a scrap and polish, telling me that was everything done - but no mention of the "leaking" tooth that was still leaking and giving me problems. I was too embarrassed to pull her up about it and question her wisdom in letting me leave the practice with it in an unsatifactory and unattended condition. Over a period of 3-years, it continued to bother me and I eventually returned to book an examination as the toothache was now unbearable. The receptionist booked me in for the first appointment, which was just under a fortnights wait and I specifically asked for another dentist to examine me. The receptionist verbally told me the time and date of my appointment, but didn`t give me a card, which she should have done as it is standard practice. The result was, that after waiting nearly a fortnight, I mistakenly thought it was at 9.45am on Friday 11th September, instead of Thursday 10th. I phoned the receptionist an the 11th to confirm my time for that day and she told me I now owed them £10 for a missed appointment. I asked if a card should have been given out as a matter of routine, to remind me of my appointment time, to which she replied it should have. I then asked to speak to a Mr. McClure, the owner of the practice, but she hurridly said he was busy and I`d have to submitt it a complaint in writing. I intend writing to him with 2 complaints. Would you recommend the clinic? Only if they get themselves sorted out. Would you return for further treatment? Would try another dentist within the practice.
