After searching online for a skin specialist, I found Dr Raquel. Looking at her website I immediately felt the love and booked a consultation. I was so impressed with all communications; my questions were answered quickly and always with the upmost care and consideration to my feelings. At my first consultation, Dr Raquel took the time to really listen to my concerns; I love the way she only recommends treatments that would benefit her patient- she certainly doesn't sell multiple treatments. Dr Raquel is very professional in her set up and manner - everything is geared up to make you feel at ease and confident with your chosen treatment. Dr Raquel is extremely gentle and made my treatment virtually pain-free. I have seen great results and am very happy with the outcome. Dr Raquel even contacted me the next day to check on how I was doing - this was supplemented with a follow up appointment to check I was happy with the results. I couldn't praise Dr Raquel enough- I would 100% recommend Dr Raquel. I thought I could feel the love and I wasn't wrong!

Absolutely love this clinic. The staff are super friendly and the whole place is spotlessly clean. I’ve had my Treatment for Wrinkles, Fillers, Profhilo & fat-dissolving done here and I won’t ever be going anywhere else now. Jeni is amazing and makes you feel so at ease. The prices are so reasonable in comparison to other places that are not nearly as nice. Trust me, you will love this place 👍

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
