I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.

After two failed attempts at highly recommended beauty salons and nearly £600 spent, I am delighted that Wells Clinic have finally removed my facial spider veins and in only two visits. I had a bad experience during a routine ordinary cleaning at my private dental clinic, that made me look somewhere else The bad experience was good luck as I searched for a new place and found Woodbury. Had a full exam with dental 3D scan and saw my mouth on the screen with all the imperfections! with that, I was advised on the best treatments for me. I was expecting a wise old man, but the young professional has been trained in modern dentistry and the use of the latest technology available. It's like nothing I had before. Highly recommended.

For a first-timer, I felt completely at ease, was met with a lovely lady on the desk who was so helpful with assisting me with PPE to protect myself and with the medical forms. Karen was brilliant, I only wanted more balance in my top lip, but she was so honest and realistic about what she could do and how she could deliver what I wanted you could seriously tell her knowledge and expertise was incredible. I felt so at ease and welcomed. I would 100% recommend.

Her professional and personal approach immediately put me at ease and she took time to listen to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, explaining the whole process and treatment in detail. I had work on my tear troughs, which had been bothering me for ages. The results are great and look very natural. It’s the extra care that Dr Raquel takes before, during and after treatment, and the great results, that has given me confidence to book another treatment. First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me. I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results. This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want!
