Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

All I can say is I had the best experience with Sofia. On arrival, I was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to feel like that, as Sofia explained everything. It's only been 4 days since my threading but already I'm very pleased with the results thus far. The whole experience was lovely. The clinic is like a home away from home and as for Sofia to me, she is one of the nicest women I've had the pleasure of meeting and I would send any of my friends to her for treatment. All in all lovely experience from the moment I entered the clinic till I left. Thank you, Sofia. The treatment I had was neck treading.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I have been extremely satisfied with the treatment and procedures I have had at First Health Medical and Skin Centre. Dr Fouzia Rizvi and Dr Jawaid are very professional, efficient and caring. The procedures I have had done were painless and I was put at ease by the doctors. The clinic is very clean and tidy and the patients are made to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic.

I recently had the prescription injection for hayfever as I know this can also help with eczema which I have suffered with seasonally for years, I was not however prepared for the amazing results I've had from this! I really am over the moon with the results, not only has this treatment helped with my hayfever but has also COMPLETELY cleared up my dry itchy which is now so soft and smooth it's never actually been in better condition! My hands in particular used to flare up due to allergies which got worse in summer and were unbearably itchy leading to soreness and blistering. I've seen doctors and dermatologists over the years but nothing has ever really worked long term so I'd resigned myself to just having to live with this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I don't normally write reviews but without sounding too dramatic this has genuinely changed the way I live my life and done wonders for my confidence!

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

I have radio frequency with Julie’s . She is a professional and lovely person who is very experienced at what she does. I highly recommend this treatment as it makes my face feel firmer and plumper . I also have a very small amount of fillers around the rim of my lips to bring them out . She does this so it’s natural and not in your face . Really pleased with all my treatments
