I couldn't have gone to a better and more professional Clinic the way Off Skin is! The Laser Technicians were very friendly and always gave the most professional service to me everytime I went. They never made me feel uncomfortable during my sessions either. I always struggled with hair and it was my biggest insecurity till I came here and saw results after 1 session! 100% recommend to anyone thinking of getting Laser Hair Removal done and other beauty treatments!

This clinic had the friendliest staff out of all the places I tried. I had my otoplasty procedure done here. I’m not quite finished yet; there are still some stitches that need to be removed. It could take another week or three. I’m not entirely satisfied with the outcome right now, but I’ll discuss this with the doctor at the next appointment. I’d been waiting a long time to get this work done and it’s a relief that it’s finally over. I had to wear a bandage so I don’t know how long the swelling took to subside. Before I left the hospital, they gave me some painkillers. I’m not sure if there’s a scar because the work was done behind my ears. We’ll evaluate this at the follow-up. Every clinic charged about the same. Downtime was about a week.

I chose this clinic for electrolysis because of their good reviews. I’ve been back several times since the first treatment. I’d say the price is fair. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I felt they were overcharging me. Usually, my sessions take place every six months, but the last two will happen at the 8-month mark. My skin is taking a little longer to settle down after the last session, but I’m happy otherwise. The staff were great and the woman who does the treatment, explained everything carefully before we started. I went to them to remove the fuzz on my face and they helped me quite well. However, it was the repair of some broken veins that caused my skin to blister slightly. I was made aware that this might happen, so I was well-prepared. The woman gave me some stress balls to use, but I didn’t really need them - the treatment was only slightly uncomfortable. Sessions are an hour each. The therapist is friendly and always professional.
