Accepted a cancellation appointment the day after I applied to see someone. Dr Susana Morris was easy to talk to and she understood that I had been 'fobbed off' by so many NHS doctors disinterested in what they deemed to be purely cosmetic treatment. She removed surgically one keratosis from my shoulder and used liquid nitrogen to freeze a multitude of others from my torso. She will check the results in 8 weeks' time.

This was my first visit so needless to say I was nervous! But I was immediately put at ease by the first-class staff. Friendly, professional but above all, it was obvious they had very in-depth knowledge which gave me confidence. I couldn't be happier with the result and I'm only halfway through! Now I can't wait to go back.
