After being rejected by the NHS for a condition I have had for 8 years I desperately looked for help in the Dorset area. Took potluck as Wimborne was not too far from home.
I sent my problem to the Skin Clinic and was seen and treated within 10 days, having been dealt with on the same day as the diagnosis.

The doctor and nurse were great and although it cost me a bit it was worth not having to be so self-conscious for more years.
Reception could have put me at ease better though.

Had a very unsightly facial mole removed on Wednesday at Wimborne clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Jai and the procedure was explained and carried out without any pain. I would recommend this clinic. I took the plaster off after 48 hours and the scar is very small. Again, no pain or bruising.

The clinic was easy to find with clear instructions. The Skin Clinic contacted us straight away. After sending them the details of the problem. My partner got his appointment within a couple of days. Extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. 5 star service

My enquiry was answered promptly and I was offered an appointment the very next day. I was seen on time. The staff were pleasant and kind. The examination was thorough. Treatment (cryotherapy) was delivered efficiently (still a bit early to judge results but going well so far) and price was fair and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, I already have done - or to return for further consultation/treatment should that be necessary at any future time.

One weekend, on the spur of the moment, I decided I WOULD do something about the rather unsightly skin tag on my neck.... I emailed an enquiry, got a response on the next business day and a consultation the day after that. Dr Jain looked at the skin tag and offered to remove it there and then. I have to say I've spent longer queuing in the Post Office to buy stamps! Very happy with the results.

From the first contact, I have received excellent communication, service and treatment. Dr Martin discussed my condition in easy-to-understand terms with my wife and I, then the procedure. Dr Martin has a great patient interaction and I felt very comfortable. The procedure went according to plan - every step explained as it was happening.

Remote aftercare and responses to my questions were quick. I received my biopsy results on Boxing Day morning - a great Christmas present, giving me peace of mind that my condition had been resolved. I can't recommend Dr Martin highly enough. Thank you.

Phoned to enquire about having a large skin tag removed and was offered an appointment next day. I was very impressed with the whole experience and Dr Martin and her assistant were very professional and reassuring. The tag was painlessly removed under local anesthesia and I was really pleased with the whole experience. Very reasonable price too.

The staff and doctor were very professional and thorough with my mole and skin check. I had one treatment for sun damage carried out straight away and a follow up appointment booked. I'd recommend this clinic to others and will be going back for an annual mole check. They had a special offer for the summer where my appointment was half price at £80. I also paid £75 for the immediate sun damage treatment and bought some Altruist sunscreen which is very good value at £5 for 200 ml spf30.

Dr Belgi explained everything very clearly before the procedure. I felt happy that I was in safe hands. His assistant was very supportive and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I was unhappy about was the receptionist, who apart from asking me if I had been to the clinic before and telling me to take a seat, completely ignored me, which was very unsettling as I was the only one in the small waiting room/reception and I was very nervous and had to wait about 15 - 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience here and the operation was so fast and speedy. I’m grateful to them for being so calm and professional and for making my first cosmetic procedure light and easy. Very much recommend for anyone who’s looking!
