From an initial assessment of you and your lifestyle I will work closely with you to tailor a program that really addresses the improvements you want to make.

My journey began in 2001 when my all-consuming passion for fitness and my background in nursing steered me into a career which found me shaping the lives and bodies of countless individuals. With my much-loved and well-established fitness business going from strength to strength, now is the perfect time to combine my medical expertise, beauty, nutrition and fitness into a brand new concept – The Green Room.

From January 2013 I will also be working as a trainer in Harley Street, training other Drs and Nurses in Botox, Dermal fillers and Chemical Skin Peel training.

I’m Becky, I’ve been hairdressing for 10 years now. I started at 17, and was very lucky to be fast-tracked along and qualify very quickly. I joined Toni and Guy, and had fantastic training, and was managing a team at 19.

I then moved on to my own franchise, and stayed there for 6 years, I love getting involved with competitions, I love creating new looks, doing make-up and clothing, the overall look… I love it.

A few years back, I entered the L’oreal Colour Trophy, and was thrilled to get through to the grand final! It gave me the excitement and passion to do more.

I’ve now moved on to Beau Hair and Beauty, which I’m loving. We have a fantastic team, and work so well together, my team are what make it work.
