One weekend, on the spur of the moment, I decided I WOULD do something about the rather unsightly skin tag on my neck.... I emailed an enquiry, got a response on the next business day and a consultation the day after that. Dr Jain looked at the skin tag and offered to remove it there and then. I have to say I've spent longer queuing in the Post Office to buy stamps! Very happy with the results.

Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

Paul is a really friendly and professional dentist who I would highly recommend. He even refunded half my initial fee because I wasn’t able to bite the x ray wire(nervous reflex).

Well here I am, 11 months into my treatment consisting of almost a full mouth of dental implants. I did months of research before I chose this practice, I knew it was a huge undertaking and commitment and I was extremely nervous. I've had easy appointments and I've had more difficult appointments but throughout my treatment I never felt any discomfort or pain. And most importantly I trusted my Doctors. The chairs that I have my treatment in are out of this world! So comfy I've even nodded off during treatment and had to be poked awake! I'm not saying it's fun but it's as good as it can get at this surgery. I will be grateful forever for the wonderful care and expertise I receive here. I'm almost finished treatment, as I write this today, my implants are about to have the first fitting tomorrow and I'm so excited. I've carefully chosen from the options available, with expert advice and after a whole year I will finally have a perfect smile again. I'm 66 now and a smoker so if I can do it, so can you! It's the best decision of my life. I'd like to say a special thank you to Doctor Aziz, who has looked after me so well, he can make you laugh through the whole process, which is a gift in itself. The prices were completely fair when the standard of treatment is considered. I've never had such professional people looking after my smile before! Really impressed with all of my care at the Highfield Dental and Facial Clinic so far. I had been disappointed with my previous dental surgery so took the plunge to move here after reading other reviews online. No regrets! The surgery has been recently refurbished and has a really nice feel to it. All of the staff have been lovely and very kind. It's such a relief to find a dentist that takes good care of you whilst not being pushy with aesthetic options. Would definitely recommend it here for general dentistry.
