Hannah has been a therapist for over 15 years. Over this time Hannah has had many experiences within the beauty industry. She has worked in spa’s, salons and has even taught Beauty therapy. ​ As one of the owners of Serendipity Hannah is always making sure she can be the best therapist she can be, with a passion for Skin care. ​ “I absolutely love coming into the salon and working with all our wonderful clients. Lauren has been in the Beauty industry since 2008. During her time as a therapist Lauren worked in a top salon in Bath before taking the plunge and opening Serendipity with her wonderful sister Hannah (p.s Hannah wrote this) ​ Lauren is always updating her skills and learning as much as she can. Lauren is a thoughtful and conscientious therapist who will make sure you enjoy every minute of your visit here at Serendipity. ​ Lauren's absolute motto in life is "Find a job you love and you never work a day in your life"

Liz has been with Serendipity for 5 years now. Where she has grown into the fabulous therapist she is today. Liz is a great all round therapist with a natural flare for waxing and pedicures. Liz is always interested in learning new skills to enhance her treatments. Liz will greet you with a warm welcome and a nothing is too much trouble attitude, making your visit with us perfect.
