Review I called and made an appointment to see Dr Betul. I arrived on time for the appointment and was told that the doctor was not there - after I had spent 40 minutes in a taxi to reach the clinic. I waited more than 30 minutes at the clinic and still the doctor did not arrive so I left without seeing a doctor. The level of English spoken is very poor and no explanation was given to me as to why the doctor did not turn up for my appointment. I am disgusted by the low level of professionalism. The doctor had my number and e-mail address but at no time either before the appointment or afterwards contacted me.
