Were you pleased with the treatment?
I am not pleased with the result!!! starting from communication-I called up the clinic (monday morning) to get an appointment.The staff appointed me to come on thurs.,I asked if there will be an earlier sched than thurs. would be great.but she never update me anymore till I called back again a day before thurs. to confirm & she's telling me I can come on that day (wed.)if I like. I realized,If I did'nt make a call she would'nt be reminded the importance of the person still waiting for the early appointment.She needs to be attentive with the details.
Secondly,they also informed me several times once I pursue my treatment upon derma consult,the consultation fee is waived but I was surprised when I saw my bill,inspite the fact that I paid big amount,plus consultation fee still included! Amazing! Lastly,the doctor removed my small tatoo,after the treatment,she just told me how many shots I consumed without showing me the proof of counts through the laser machine!
Would you recommend the clinic?
There are thousands of clinic out there,too many to choose from!

Clinic's replyMs Leventic was seen on March 4, 2011 and a laser tattoo removal was done on the same day. Her tattoo was made of green, red and yellow dyes. The procedure, the cost, and the side effects and the number of sessions needed to completely remove her tattoo were thoroughly explained to her. She is more than welcome to review our log for the number of shots used on her.
