Review I arranged for a check-up at 09:30 on Tuesday 5 March 2013. We travelled down from Bulacan and arrived at 09:20. The clinic was closed, so just after 09:30 the receptionist arrived and opened the clinic. At about 09:53 we were told the doctor would be another 15 minutes. This was not acceptable and not professional. If we could travel down from Bulacan, the doctor should have been there also at 09:30. So we left unhappy at their service and would not go again.
