Karen is our Cosmetic Nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience. Karen has an extremely ‘sensitive artistic eye’ with an innate understanding and appreciation of beauty. She constantly strives for excellence and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients. Karen has a welcoming and friendly personality and enjoys developing a strong rapport with all our valued clients. She has a comprehensive understanding of client treatment needs and treatment options. Karen provides all the injectable treatment such as Botox and Juvederm dermal filler and is very experienced in VPL and Photorejuvenation. She can also advice on topical treatments for acne, scarring and pigmentation.

Lisa is our Senior Beauty Therapist and has been with us for 4 years. She is very passionate about skin and strives for excellence, making her clients look and feel great. Her extensive experience has given her the knowledge and skills required in all aspects of beauty therapy including VPL in both hair removal and photojejuvenation, microdermabrasion, Non-Surgical Face Lift, Electrolysis and all of our other beauty treatments at Caci. With internationally recognised qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Electrolysis and Make Up Artistry, Lisa is a well qualified and professional therapist who remains excited by the industry. Focused on total customer satisfaction, she has a warm and friendly nature and has a large and very loyal client base which reflects her talent in the beauty industry.

Allison is the owner/manager of Caci Botany Junction. She brings a diverse skill base and a wealth of personal experience to the clinic. Allison has had a varied and exciting career that has spanned the Financial markets, Corporate world, Merchant Banking, Hospitality Interior Design and TV presenting culminating in the last 11 years working with families dealing with domestic violence both frontline and behind the scene to create change. Allison was drawn to the Caci family due to the strength of the women within the group and the positive difference Caci was able to make for its clients. She possesses a warm and non-judgemental nature and quickly makes the clients feel welcome and at ease within the clinic. She remains passionate about empowering everyone to be the very best they can be.
