I cannot recommend Dr Rachael highly enough. I initially contacted the clinic intending to have botox and maybe laser but ended up deciding on Botox and Juevederm filler. It is now about a 1 and a half weeks since the treatment and I am very pleased with the results. Dr Rachael and her assistant are very professional and friendly and put you at ease. I extended my stay in KL to have the follow up appointment and I am pleased I did, so I recommend allowing an extra week for that. I am happy I followed her advice during the consultation because the path I would have gone would not have given me the results I was looking for. The price is great. I will definitely go back to KL to see Dr Rachael.

I recently had HCG weight loss treatment by Dr Jasmine in this clinic. This doctor was recommended by my friend and I am extremely pleased with my results. Dr Jasmine and her nurses Shamala and Ina were very kind in assisting me through my entire weight loss journey. I managed to lose 12kg safely in 6 weeks with this doctors customized medical weight loss program. My body is much more toned and not flabby anymore. This is shout out to say how wonderful my experience was. I came in overweight at 80kgs after childbirth and Dr. Jasmine suggested for me to start the HCG weight loss program. With her monitoring and constant reassurance by her and her staff she brought my weight down to 65 kg in 6 weeks! I have tried many diets and exercise programs before but with NO results. Now 2 months after treatment, I have managed to stay the same weight even after resuming normal food and activity. I can wear all my old clothes and look beautiful now. Dr Jasmine is truly an expert and her HCG program works!!! I have recommended many of my colleagues to her and it has helped them too. I came in for a pigmentation consultation with Dr. Jasmine and I found the treatment wonderful! She was kind and listened to me very carefully and gave me exactly what I wanted. My doctor was Rachel Chew. She was friendly & took her time to listen to me first then she gave me a good explanation about my case. The treatment went smooth and quick. She also advised me to have a second visit free of charge before my flight back to Sydney which was also great and I totally liked the testament. I am writing this review after 2 months of treatment and I feel my frown lines are totally changed and looks good. I totally recommend the clinic. When you appoint, ask for Dr. Rachel. She is great and the price for treatment is moderate and worthy. The clinic is clean & offers free coffee.

Fractional CO2 Laser Treatment

Went to the clinic this morning for fractional CO2 laser treatment.Mind you those people who has lower pain tolerance that the procedure is painful!! and after the treatment,you will still feel stinging sensation because the laser burn the skin to encourage new layers of skin. I'm still waiting for the result so I cannot comment much on that.The procedure was done by Dr. Alan Lu.My comment about him is 1) He is very nice,soft spoken person. 2)He will promote you certain products that he thinks will work for you,so you will see two personality in him; as a doctor and a salesman.But he will never force you to buy the products however he will keep mentioning the product before and after you done the treatment.He almost made me try other laser treatment which cost RM900 with set of whitening product which cost RM1500,so you might want to be alert about that.
Other than that,the clinic is cosy,the staffs is friendly but not really easy to located for non klite unless you asked around.Note that during consultation,there will be a staff accompany you,so those people who want a private consultation you might not really feel comfortable like I do.

1st Treatment went well. It was quick, no pain (surprising). Although I'm currently in the recovery stage. Therefore, have yet to see results. I was happy with the treatment but it is quite expensive for the face. I paid rm900 for face and 900 for legs and dint get any discount. I got face done cheaper at another clinic with the same machine a week later. But the staff were really nice and the dr too. Just cant Justify his price. Guess it was worth getting legs done but not my face. So good and bad both :) coming back twice again this yr but will only get legs done. Satisfaction 5/10 coz of the pricing n no discount although I got 2 areas done.

Dr Chen is a great doctor

I have been suffering from sweaty palms since I was young, and I was fortunate to have found Dr Chen who treated my condition with Treatment for lines and wrinkles injection.
Dr Chen is a great doctor. He explained the procedure to me slowly and carefully so that I can understand what was going to be done. I never felt rushed and was free to ask questions.
The procedure of injection of the Treatment for lines and wrinkles on my palms was painless as Dr Chen used good anesthesia. Dr Chen also explained to me how the improvement would take place so that I knew what to expect after the procedure.
As Dr Chen said, I saw improvements with less sweating after 5 days and this continued to improve until 2 weeks. Now I am able to shake hands with people without worrying about my sweaty palms.

I had CO2 laser resurfacing done at this clinic. I had mixed result with C02 laser resurfacing. Scars that were 15 years old were reduced, although I was the only one that notices it, my blackheads was dramatically reduced and confirmed by my esthetician that does my facials. I would not recommend it if you are currently having an acne breakout phase like I did when I did this procedure since new scars are formed as your acne is healing. I would definitely return for other kinds of treatments.
