I found her team of doctors, Rachel and Michael, to be extremely professional, informative, and well skilled in their jobs. Their attention to detail and after-care is superb. This type of customer care comes, I believe, from vast experience at ones profession. Another aspect to the care is feeling that you are not being sold a service that's not needed, as so many clinics are only interested in targets, not the person.
