The Obagi Nu Derm system is designed to address a variety of skin conditions. The system includes toner, cleanser, several skin lighteners, moisturizers and sunscreen. a topical retinoid, is considered an integral part of the system, but unlike the other components, it is prescription only and must be prescribed through a physician.  This state-of-the-art system can be used to reduce signs of aging as well as protect the skin against damage, including:

• Skin redness (erythema)

With Obagi-C Rx, you’re on your way to healthier, refreshed, revitalized skin from cell to surface. The Obagi-C Rx System offers the benefits of both prescription-strength 4% hydroquinone and potent Vitamin C to correct signs of skin damage and help restore and maintain younger-looking skin. Obagi-C Rx System products are ideal if you have:

A full body exfoliation prepares the skin for an application of warm mud. Choose from our hydrating European Rose Mud that contains natural sun-dried rose clay extracted from the Provence Region of France. It’s infused with Alpha-Hydroxy Lactic Acid, Apricot and Wheat Amino Acids, Beta Glucan and Rosa Centifolia to provide the skin with hydration and moisture.  Or choose our skin-firming Sea Mud, a rich concentration of algae, minerals and vitamins derived from active seaweed varieties harvested off the Brittany Coast of France. For firming, stimulating and toning.  A private shower allows you to remove the mud and prepare for a soothing and relaxing massage with our nourishing body butter.

Relax and pamper yourself with our tailored rejuvenating facials. Medical-grade skin care products are chosen based on your skin-type and treatment goals. Each facial involves a deep-cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, mask, hand & arm massage, our signature 20 minute face and shoulder massage, and is finished with hydration and SPF application. Each facial also includes an eyelash tint. To end your treatment, we complete your stay with a complimentary mineral foundation colour match and application so you leave looking and feeling completely rejuvenated.

Give your feet and lower legs a brighter look and softer feel by having our Rejuvenate Pedicure. Our pedicures include soak, shaping, cuticle maintenance and callus abrasion.  Choose from four tantalizing scents and experience an exfoliation treatment and our signature extended massage using a beautiful hydrating cream, followed by a beautiful polish application.

Impressions of beauty change over time, as do our faces when we age.  Smoothing out folds and wrinkles or enhancing lips with Fillers injections by adding volume can make an enormous difference in one’s appearance.  Among fillers, there is a wide variety of methods and substances that may enhance facial features.  this fillers™ contain the bodys own natural material, hyaluronic acid, which is present in all living organisms. In the skin it creates volume by binding water to hydrate the skin and resulting in a healthy and vital appearance.  they are cosmetic dermal fillers that replace lost volume and restore youthful contours to the skin to smooth away moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds).  One is the worlds most used and most studied dermal filler, and has been used in over 70 countries and over 15 million procedures have been performed.

After the treatment you may experience some swelling, tenderness and redness. This is a normal result of the injection and the above symptoms generally disappear in two to four days.  injections are fast and safe and leave no scars. The results are immediate.

They are biodegradable which means that they will gradually be absorbed. As the gel breaks down, water takes its place, and when totally absorbed, the gel disappears from the body.  How long a treatment lasts is individual. Fillers are Health Canada approved injectable dermal fillers composed of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a natural polysaccharide present in the human body that binds water and hydrates the skin and soft tissues.  No allergy testing is required.  These fillers may be injected into the skin or subcutaneously resulting in greater fullness, volume correction and improvement of facial wrinkles and folds.  Restoring lost volume reduces the signs of aging and helps you look fresher and more youthful.  Filler products feature different gel particle sizes that are utilized for different purposes – from eliminating tiny lines to enhancing facial contours. Dr. Elmaraghy performs all treatments and will choose the right product combination to create the look that you desire.

Rejuvenate Medical Spa’s Broad Band Light (BBL™) treatment uses state-of-the-art laser technology to proven effectiveness and multiple wavelengths to treat a variety of conditions. The system offers minimal downtime with minimal discomfort. We use the Sciton® Joule - the most effective and versatile laser available for photorejuvenation.   BBL™ facial laser treatments are ideal for improving skin conditions associated with aging, sun damage and hyperpigmentation.  Through the use of interchangeable wavelength filters, BBL™ treatments can be customized to treat a multitude of facial skin conditions.

BBL™ delivers light energy to heat the upper layers of the skin. The targeted areas absorb the heat which eliminates blood vessels that cause redness and removes unwanted melanin responsible for age spots and pigmented lesions. Common conditions that are treated with BBL™ include, brown or age spots, freckles, redness or blood vessels, and sign of sun damage.

BBL™ can be used on all parts of the body including the face, neck, decolletage, arms and hands. Its integrated thermo-electric cooled sapphire plate keeps the treatment area safe, cool and comfortable.

Immediately following your photofacial or photo rejuvenation treatment, brown spots/discolourations will start to darken and your skin may appear slightly pink. This typically lasts a few hours to possibly a few days. One to three weeks after your treatment, the darkened spots will flake off and the redness of blood vessels will diminish. Sunspots or uneven pigmentation will fade for a smoother texture and more even complexion.

Erbium Microlaser® Peel provides precision and individualization in treating the skin. The system allows for treatment depths as minimal as 10 up to 50. These depths are determined by two factors; severity of the skin condtion and the amount of recovery time a patient can tolerate. The deeper the resurfacing the longer the downtime, but the result may be more dramatic. Microlaser® Peel may be performed on any part of the body including:  face, neck, decolletage, arms and legs.

Rejuvalift is a new treatment that combines the benefits of Cosmetic and dermal filler to address multiple signs of aging at the same time, for an overall refreshed look that's subtle and natural looking.

Rejuvalift smoothes deep wrinkles and fine lines, restores lost fullness and enhances facial contours, giving you a balanced and refreshed look.

At Rejuvenate Medical Spa, our consultant will personalize the Rejuvalift treatment specifically for you. We will listen to your concerns and focus on the signs of aging that are most bothersome to you. After explaining the detailed treatment plan, we will perform a series of fillers injections, placed carefully in areas that need volume enhancement or wrinkle reduction. Unlike a surgical procedure such as a face lift, you will not be under general anesthesia and treatment will be performed right in our office. If requested, a topical anesthetic can be applied to minimize discomfort.

After treatment, you may return to your usual routine immediately.  No downtime is required.  As with either fillers, there may be some redness or bruising at the injection sites, but these are temporary.  And, although results are not permanent, improvement can be maintained by returning at regular periods for repeat treatments.
