Ottawa Vein and Cosmetic Medical Clinic

I was curious to receive viewpoints on treatments that might improve the look of old acne scars, in particular, a chemical peel. I received a skin analysis and without pressure, I was asked if I would be willing to try a moisturizing treatment peel that would benefit my skin and also serve as a training activity for two specialists in the room. The skin specialist was positive, had great bedside manner, and applied excellent quality products to my face. I was sent home with travel size samples to apply post-treatment. I am now almost finished the post-treatment products and my skin looks and feels healthy and soft. Wonderful experience!

I drive from Montreal to Dr. Svetlana a few times per year for all my facial aesthetic needs. I received laser treatment for my Rosacea and facial veins as well as fillers for my face and lips.

Dr. Svetlana is just excellent! She is very experienced and a natural perfectionist. She understands my face and knows how to make me pretty. Nobody else could get my lips to look this good except her. Since I am with Dr. Svetlana I have received many compliments and I will go only to her.

I went in for a consult and the Dr. Svetlana Stojanovic was informative, pleasant and engaged. She explained the procedure and gave me the necessary assurances as well as booking me for some diagnostics.

Was not a good experience... when I was paying for the treatment the person giving the treatment came back to see me asking if I wanted some cream for the area treated. She had forgotten to put some on. Coming back home I saw that the hairs I wanted gone were still there so I went back a half hour later to get the job completed. That left me very frustrated. Since then I found another clinic that totally satisfied me. I also didn't like paying for parking.

A disapointing and frustrating experience. The above review tells how I felt about about the clinic and treatment. I must say that the personnel was polite and helpful.
The room where the treatment is given is VERY small and not much space to move around

I have had rosacea for years (it runs in the family). At first it was only redness but in the last few years veins have appeared to the point I would not go out without putting a foundation/consealer on my face.
The treatment was done using laser equipment. As the doctor told me it would stung at times in places that are more sensitives. Nothing that you can't stand. I have seen some improvement since my treatment. Need to go for a second one and all should be good.

The staff and doctor were very nice. The doctor explained in details, after having examined my skin, what the treatment for the veins consisted in. She also explained that she could treat me for the redness on my face but that it was decision.
The doctor never pushed me to have treatments done immediately or at all. In fact, I was the one who asked if she had time to do the treatment for the veins immediately. She did and I had my first treatment. She talked to me the entire time, explaining what she was doing. Made me feel comfortable.

I got excellent treatment and at the price that was quoted. Nice results.

Pleased with the result, cost and professionalism.

Very happy with everything so far, except for the cost of the parking at the Riverside campus. I have not paid for anything yet.
